How long do the results last?

Is a standard $1800 package enough for a full facelift?

Ultherapy provides long-lasting results by stimulating deep collagen production, which helps to lift and firm the skin. However, as the body naturally ages, a yearly refresh of the treatment is recommended to maintain your youthful, rejuvenated look.

The duration of results can vary from person to person, depending on individual factors such as skin condition and lifestyle.

Clinical data suggests that $1800 packages are often an "entry-level" volume, suitable only for smaller sub-areas. Patients who purchase these limited packages often find they need expensive "top-ups" to achieve visible results.

At Cambridge Medical, we offer targeted treatments for specific areas, as well as full-face and neck protocols, to provide comprehensive coverage for lifting. Our patients find that receiving a complete, high-volume treatment offers better value per unit of energy than piecing together multiple "starter packages." Furthermore, because Ultherapy is designed as an annual maintenance protocol, it is clinically effective to lift the entire face in a single session rather than to treat isolated areas piecemeal.

Do you charge by the line? How does the cost compare to fixed packages?

We structure our fees based on a comprehensive medical protocol, not a "per-line" rate. 

This means you receive the full clinical density (often 800+ lines) required for a proper neck + face lift, without paying the heavy "per-line" markup often hidden in smaller fixed packages.

I see other clinics offering Full Face Ultherapy for ~$1,800. Why is your pricing different?

We always advise patients to consider total coverage rather than just the price. Many attractive "Full Face" offers are limited to 450 lines. For many patients with mild-to-moderate laxity, 400 lines may not be sufficient to effectively treat the deep facial and neck layers.

We price our treatments based on a comprehensive medical assessment. This often means our protocols include 600-800 lines. We do this to ensure your treatment is effective.

Moreover, our Ultherapy PRIME treatments are inclusive of either a Bespoke Laser or Radiofrequency Treatment, depending on your aesthetic goals or concerns.

Can I treat just one area (e.g., Double Chin or Jawline)?

Yes, we can. For patients concerned specifically about lower face laxity, we offer a dedicated Lower Face & Jawline Protocol.

This targeted approach delivers high-density energy to the submental (double chin) and jawline, tightening and defining the facial contour. Our Lower Face protocol is medically designed to treat the entire supporting architecture of the lower face, ensuring a sharp, defined profile without treating the upper face if it is not a concern.

Who performs the Ultherapy treatment?

At Cambridge Medical, every Ultherapy PRIME and Signature Combo treatment is personally performed by Dr Shirley or Dr Jaron. We do not delegate these energy-based devices to therapists or technicians. This ensures that the ultrasound energy is delivered to the correct depth (SMAS layer) for maximum efficacy and comfort.

What if I just want Ultherapy® PRIME without the combination?

Standalone Ultherapy® PRIME treatments are definitely available. That said, in line with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines, we’re unable to publish treatment prices online.

How many Ultherapy® treatments will I need?

Most patients achieve their desired results with a single session of Ultherapy session. However, depending on the degree of skin laxity and your body’s natural response to the ultrasound and collagen-building process, additional treatments may be beneficial.​
